Another African evening, another flight. Six beers brewed on the spot. Fabulous! As a meal, let me have a pizza with roasted beetroot, caramelized onion and baby spinach. And generous drops of chili oil, of course. Flight 1/6 is dressed in transparent, pale straw. Almost like champagne. Long-lived carbonation obviously. A pure white frogspawny head. The scent gives a bit of grainy malt. Only. The taste follows suit: pale malt, not particularly grainy though, rather slightly sweet-leaning cerealy. The hoppy sector is narrow. The mouthfeel is thin, refreshing, clean and balanced. Not bad for such a thin mouthfeel though. Quaffable like a lawn mowing beer but better than bulkies.
