Going Belgium style today (because I bought some Allagash white yesterday). This is a mixed-culture sour IPA, crafted in collaboration with Liefmans and Birrificio Del Ducato I messed up with this one. It’s a sour which I am not a fan. Bought by mistake thinking it was just an IPA. This has an orange, lime, light lemon with a hint of berry. It’s quite tart but not as sour as I thought it would be. I don’t get much on the hoppy side. I gave it 2.5. Don’t judge by me since I’m not a sour fan. My final judgement is it wasn’t horrible. Best by 25032026 on the can. So right down to the wire. Enjoying outside as it’s 73 degrees out. Tomorrow back to being 40 out

Going with a couple imperial stouts tonight starting with a white stout. At first sip you get a lot of white chocolate. Then the coffee starts kicking in. After you settle in a while a touch+ of vanilla shows up. Overall this was nice. Has a nice bitterness from the coffee with the white chocolate/vanilla adding a counteracting sweetness. Not as robust as a normal stout. Tasty. Best by 19 Jun 2026.

So so… but over 9% I sure can’t complain

Jaha ja tällänen kans löytyi, ei muutakun kaatoa lasiin ja sitä kautta kitusiin. Vahva ja mukava... kuten tässä alkaa kohta tuntumaan itsestäkin. Hihi.. no vitsi. Mukava kyllä muttei vahva 😅
