Not counting a fraternity homebrew, only my second 'official' mead to gauge upon. Here goes... Picked up honey on the nose as soon as I opened the can. Pouring it brought forth the apple and blueberry. On the buds- ok, that caught me off guard- a touch tart. I was expecting it to be sweet like the last one I tried. Apple, blueberry, and a hint of honey. Refreshing.

This is my first venture into Mead. Picked up a bottle on vacation. It has a sweet banana, honey with a light coffee taste. The coffee taste lingers a bit in the aftertaste. I wasn’t expecting a coffee taste but it is listed in the ingredients. Also lists vanilla bean but I’m not picking that up. It is kind of sugary sweet just in general. Overall I’m pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it.
