A little oak and a little thunder…Warhammer is an apple mead (cyser) with blueberry. A light oak and more pronounced vanillin characteristic provide a cream aspect while not taking away from a complex blueberry and apple fruit finish. Light honey provides a lightly sweet backbone for this delicious session mead to deliver the full flavor punch to the face that you have to come to expect from our session meads.
Blueberry and apple with slight honey sweetness balanced by tart fruit and light oak and tannin. Blueberry and vanilla cream body and finish.

Not counting a fraternity homebrew, only my second 'official' mead to gauge upon. Here goes...
Picked up honey on the nose as soon as I opened the can. Pouring it brought forth the apple and blueberry. On the buds- ok, that caught me off guard- a touch tart. I was expecting it to be sweet like the last one I tried. Apple, blueberry, and a hint of honey. Refreshing.
