Flight 4/4 (2) looks different: milky lemon yellow and absolutely cloudy. A dense, pure white head here. This looks tasty. Must be! Lemon and pineapple in the olfactory supply. The gustatory profile is distinctly sweet-leaning with pineapple, lemon, guava, cream, lactose, wheat malt. Remotely milkshakey but then not really. Light anyway. The body, I mean. Ends juicy. Pineapple and lemon, first and foremost. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, pulpy, somewhat dry, a bit drying and lip-glueing. Reasonable. Even nice after those two beers that could be forgotten from the collective memory of the beermankind but I try to be objective though. Difficult beerstyle in which category this is rather successful!

Bonne bière avec des notes d'agrumes, des notes de résine, un côté fruits tropicaux le tout n'est pas trop sucré et avec une bonne amertume

Acidité et Abricot très présents, dommage de pas sentir autant en Framboise

This beer looks relatively hazy, pale yellow. The carbonation is extroverted but the head that first shoots easily three fingers high, dissolves quickly to nil. The first impression of the olfactory provision is that, hey, it's weak. Peach, nectarine and lemon are the elements but quite subdued. And awkwardly musty as if messed up with yeast. The tongue gets sour peach with a distinctly lemony vibe. Lactic acid is evident. Strawberry is also a component here but surprisingly modest. The body is light. The end doesn't bring any change to the gustatory experience. Takes time in the mouth. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, tart, a tad puckering and acidic. Not particularly tropical but a little bit anyway. Overall, a decent piece.

Cloudy, deep mango juice colored beer with a bit reserved carbonation unleashes a clean white, fluffy head that exceeds two fingers. The foamy crown dwarfs quickly to a hair-thin lace ring on the top. Intensive apricot shakes hands with zesty passionfruit, nectarine and tangerine in the scent. A concentration of wheat malt and a suggestion of oat cracker can be identified in the grainbill. All seasoned with lactic acid. Apricot can easily be declared the winner also in the gustatory contest. Very zesty and mushy. Passionfruit is interesting because it's fairly obvious although there's no passionfruit in this beer. In turn, the beer contains raspberry, and indeed, I can now spot it among the flavors, yet relatively modest. Nectarine is very close to apricot and should be included in the list but tangerine is absent. Wheat is most easily recognizable among the grains. The body is medium-full. My applause to that! It's nothing phenomenal for 8 % but still very welcome. The end doesn't change a thing in this journey. It feels like the aftertaste was in the fire, burned by velvet dreams; that seems so safe. The mouthfeel is medium-full, juicy, pulpy, tropical, reasonably tart, acidic and a tad puckering. Nothing overwhelming but a solid enjoyable performer.

Fully foggy, deep yellow beer looks like peach nectar. The carbonation is bold but not as annoying as that of yesterday's Goulet. Still, the soapy head with a faint yellowish reflection grows three fingers tall and descends fast to a moldy lacing wafting on the surface. The nose enjoys the hefty tropical aromas: mango, cantaloupe, guava and kiwifruit. A good spoonful of cream has obviously been poured in the oat-based concoction. Tropical fruit nectar is what I have on my tastebuds. Smooth and round. And creamy. Generally speaking, the palate is a couple of decimals more bitter than what the fragrance suggests, like having introduced lemon peel into the same cocktail with raw mango, guava, lemon pulp, marginal passionfruit and a drop of tangerine. Oat flakes surely in the maltbase, rye is merely distant. The body is full. Quite. Or almost. Finishes with more or less the same medley as before. Maybe the creaminess flattens slightly toward the end. Crochet macrame, broken down strings; Mama Cass and Mary Jane, and the aftertaste flings. The mouthfeel is full, juicy, nectar-like, pulpy and tropical. Soft, smooth and creamy. And modestly crisp but only modestly. A flavorful and enjoyable piece.

The first impression that I get of this beer is the ridiculous effervescence. It almost ruins my experience as the froth wants to overpour out of the can and glass no matter what. The foam just keeps coming out, like forever. But then eventually, it calms down. Now that I'm able to see the beer, and not just the colossal soapy foam, I can verify that the tint is hazy, pale lemon yellow. And yes, the head is magnificent, a baby of the hyperactive carbonation. The scent mixes effectively citrusy, tropical, floral and perfumy aromas into one mess. The citruses are sweet, like mandarin and blood orange, whereas the tropical fruits include mango and honeydew. However, the dominant vibe resembles blossoming jasmine that also brings in some kind of perfumy layer. A bit perplexing, I wish the floral–perfumy vibe didn't exist and disturb me. Fortunately, the taste hasn't been "contaminated" with jasmine or perfume. Fruity it is. Lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, carambola, mango and mandarin are the individual fruits. Hoppy, too, but with the above mentioned fruity elements. Only a bit of grass can also be detected. Overall, the palate is relatively creamy. The body is medium-full. Both the creaminess and the effervescence may actually put steroids into the impression of the maltbase, as a consequence of which it can even be characterized as full. The beer ends with loads of fruits, predominantly citruses but also the other, more tropical nuances. The aftertaste fades completely out after not-so-long a while. The mouthfeel is full, creamy, soft and smooth. It's also tropical, juicy and pulpy. And ridiculously effervescent, at least in the beginning. This would otherwise be a 4 star beer but the odd fragrance and the stupid foaming reduce its rating a bit.

One for the road. Sorry for the lousy pic. The beer is actually misty, deep yellow, by far not as dark as the picture suggests. The carbonation is quite suppressed as it manages to create a relatively weak foamy lid only. Half a finger maybe. Soon smaller, of course. The fragrance is pretty suppressed. I spot tropical fruits like pineapple, tangerine and orange zest but all in tiny proportions only. The taste is attractive and sweet-leaning. And tropical. Pineapple, green grape, blood orange, lactose, oat flakes and a blink of wheat malt. That's the constellation. This would be appealing but not sensational though. The body proves to be medium to medium-full. The tail gives sweetness and tropical fruits. I can pick green grape, pineapple, tangerine, blood orange and lactose. Both oaty and wheaty sectors are present albeit the wheaty side loses the race. The mouthfeel is medium-full, juicy, tropical, pulpy and summery. Interestingly, this is simultaneously lip-glueing and moderately drying. Very balanced. Quaffable. A dangerous fast thirst quencher.
