This beer is dressed in a hazy, subtle deep coral hue. A pure white, dense head up to one finger. The foamy lid wafts neatly on the top for longer albeit shrunken. Strawberry, blackberry, redcurrant, sour passionfruit and orange pulp in the fragrance. And wheat, of course. The level of sourness is a tad elevated. Passionfruit really captures my attention. Raspberry rather than strawberry plus blackberry, redcurrant, orange zest and a salty nuance. Yes, wheat can't be missed here either. This definitely brings the summer back! The body is light. Not so surprising. Finishes with bags of berries and a big sour push. The sensation is light, juicy, summery, tart, puckering and acidic. Leaves a funny tingle on the tongue.

Acide comme il faut (pas trop) très bon goût de fruits rouges !
