Palette de dégustation 4/4. Saison. Slightly foggy, amber beer is the last sample. The head is initially rich but descends fast down.
This is the first and only beer of the flight that gives some indication of the scent with no need to guess: dried apricot, faint mango and a suggestion of caramel. The palate offers dried apricot, grapefruit peel, wheat malt, yeast and dry grass. The body is the biggest of all four but still not more than light — I don't use decimals here. The end is citrusy and yeasty, like upfront.
The mouthfeel is light, crisp, a bit musty and drying.
Ok, been here, done that. Good burgers but not need to revisit.

Palette de dégustation 3/4. Ambrée. The beer wears a clear, deep amber dress. Very predictable. The head is really shy, and quickly almost numb.
A third beer with almost no scent at all. What's wrong here? Just a remote vibe of bitter caramel in the air. Bitter caramel and pale malt are basically the only gustatory components that I'm able to pick. Could easily be a Pale Lager in a blind test. The body is light, of course. And the finish follows the route that the actual taste had paved.
The mouthfeel is light, modestly crisp, faintly floral, slightly dry and lip-glueing. Not a winner this one either.

Palette de dégustation 2/4. Blanche. This sample colors fully cloudy, pale yellow. The emerging head is brave but dies fast to a hair-thin ring only.
Again, almost no fragrance at all, just a distant lemony idea can be spotted. Really weak. The flavors include wheat malt, lemon zest, a pinch of crated orange peel and faint grass. I wonder how much of the lemony taste is because the beer had a slice of lemon floating when I received the flight. I took it immediately away but the harm was already done. Light minus body. The finish is lemony, basically.
The mouthfeel is light, zesty, a bit dry and drying. Not really refreshing but hangs there.

A short visit to France. Very easy to get here: a tram from Gare Cornavin, Geneva, to CERN is 25 min, and a bus from CERN across the border to Saint-Gelys Porte de France additional 8 min.
Palette de dégustation 1/4. Blonde that is actually a Lager. Pours semihazy yellow. A moderate white head decorates the top for a while, and then dissolves to a thin lace ring.
The scent is significantly weak: I can squeeze merely a faint note of lemon. Lemon zest and pith feature also on the tongue. Wheat malt merges with a bit of crackery barley. Thin body. No change in the end.
The mouthfeel is thin, zesty, moderately drying and refreshing.
