Palette de dégustation 1/4. Blonde that is actually a Lager. Pours semihazy yellow. A moderate white head decorates the top for a while, and then dissolves to a thin lace ring. The scent is significantly weak: I can squeeze merely a faint note of lemon. Lemon zest and pith feature also on the tongue. Wheat malt merges with a bit of crackery barley. Thin body. No change in the end. The mouthfeel is thin, zesty, moderately drying and refreshing.
