A non-alcoholic kombucha for a meal accompaniment. The color is cloudy, light copper. The carbonation is subdued and a modest frogspawny lacing forms on the top, just to die quickly away. Dried apricot, orange peel, green tea, maybe dried mango in the fragrance. Like a bag of dried mixed fruits. The taste offers more green tea than the scent but the dried apricot is still copious, followed by dried mango, orange peel and faint raisin. The same dried-mixed-fruit-bag feeling in the end as in the beginning. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, natural, flat and reasonably tea-like. All in all, a nice organic kombucha.

A quick non-alc Kombucha straight from the bottle. Colors clear, like lingonberry juice. Carbonation is moderate. The scent offers something like berries but I can't distinguish it in any detail. The fragrance is also floral, obviously because of hibiscus. The taste is very much like berry juice with a faint floral note. I don't know what citronnelle tastes like but there's at least nothing like lemon. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, slightly tart, a bit tea-like and obviously healthy. Good in its own category.

Straight from the bottle. Clear straw drink. Green tea is obvious in the scent, followed by a suggestion of peppermint. The taste is similar but the two components are more in balance. The mouthfeel is drying, juicy, light and a bit tea-like. Very good, easy refresher.

Relatively clear, pale straw drink. Sparkling carbonation builds a busy head that dies fast. Despite the bubbly drink, the surface is soon flat still. Strong ginger emanates to my nose. Oriental! The palate offers recognizable ginger that pinches my throat, however it's not that bold on the tongue as what the fragrance suggests. Green tea can also be identified together with a pinch of sugar. The spicy sensation remains nicely in the throat for long. The mouthfeel is light, spicy, a bit warming, Oriental and drying. Extraordinarily refreshing and appealing in its own non-alc Kombucha category.
