Comme une West Coast IPA italienne. Attention, cette bière s'adresse aux amateurs de forte amertume. L'IBU n'est pas indiqué mais il doit atteindre des sommets. Une WCIPA qui déchire. Pourtant j'apprécie beaucoup les bières très amères, mais là c'en est presque trop. Je la bois avec plaisir cependant même si chaque gorgée scotche le palais.
