Lunch beer #2. Another big bottle. 😅 The beers colors semihazy deep amber. Carbonation is lively and unlocks an off-white, fluffy head that exceeds one finger. The olfactory supply is, again, fruity. Hops come forward gently. Apricot, orange, biscuit and distant caramel constitute the fragrance. Nice! The taste profile is slightly resinous but otherwise I catch a good amount of soft malt, biscuit, orange, grapefruit pith and a suggestion of apricot. The body lies on the lighter side. The finish continues as an identical package from upfront. It vanishes quite hastily from the tastebuds. The mouthfeel is light faintly crisp, surprisingly juicy, smooth, subtle and refreshing. Quaffable. Somewhat traditional but still not so much. Tasty! 🧡 Goes nicely down with swordfish 😋
