Ol' man's sahti. Not in the contest. Foggy, raisin light brown. A floury scent. The taste doesn't impress me. Light, fruity, somewhat lip-glueing. Characterless.

Banana and apricot in the air. Extraordinarily sweet banana on the tongue. Mama. Just appealing. Fruity, apricot, mango, banana, at least. Really full and chewy. Could actually be winner potential but this is not in the competition.

This is excellent. Banana is obvious. Very tasty. Very tasty. Did I say "very tasty"? Beautiful. This has also winner potential!

Sahti #1 from Hartola. Truly sweet, banana of course. Fruity. Quaffable despite the ABV.

The winning Sahti! 💪🏻🏆🥇👑 Very traditional color: muddy, copper. The fragrance is sweet fruity, banana is modest. Biscuit follows and a faint citrusy note accompanies. The taste is really smooth and fruity. Banana, clove, dried apricot and sweet malt constitute the winning taste profile. I can also pick a remote bubblegummy nuance among the gustatory components. The body is full. Not superfull though. The mouthfeel is full, sappy, thick, sticky and — traditonal. Tasty, admittedly. Not unique though in my opinion.
