Beer #1 is lucid, pale gold. A white moussy head reaches one finger and descends to a neat lace ring. A straightforward olfactory presence: pale malt and a tad grassy hops. The taste is grassier, distinctly hoppy, offering a good punch of pale malt, whitepepper and grapefruit peel. The mouthfeel is light, crisp, a bit dry and marginally drying. A clean and balanced profile. Refreshing.
