Квадрюпель выдержанный 1,5 года в коньячной бочке. Коричневый, с лёгкой рыжинкой эль. Почти моментально схлопнувшаяся до пристеночного венчика куцая шапочка. Аромат сладко-винный, сухофрукты с главенствующим изюмом, кагор, конфеты грильяж, ирисы, спиртик. Такое мы любим. Глоток густой, тягучий, с лёгкой карбонизацией. Вкус изюма и, на удивление, яблочек сушёных, кальвадос вспомнился, красные ягоды, точнее уже варенье из них, ну и спирт различим. Алко джем! Очень сладко, слипается всё, приходится облизывать губы множество раз. Сижу, облизываюсь как кот после сметаны. Видимо сметана была ворованная, потому что в голову прилетело минуты через 3, как коту-ворюге. Опасный напиток. Обязательно повторю. ~7€/0,33l. A quadrupel aged for 1.5 years in a cognac barrel. Неоднозначно. Жириновскому бы не зашло. Бывает солод жжёный, а бывает сожжёный(переводчик удиви меня), в этом пиве второй вариант. Пепел и сухость на языке, чутка кофейных зёрен. Не ясна идея, если хотели вкус пепельницы - то это успех. В обратном случае - пу пу пу... It's a mixed bag. Zhirinovsky wouldn't have liked it.
