Surprisingly not too sweet. Lots of chocolate and vanilla. Nice...

Imperial stout aged on vanilla bean and cinnamon. A cacophony of flavours collide into a warm, sweet mellow and bitter imperial stout. Ever so subtle cinnamon notes are overshadowed by the vanilla beans sweetness. The heavy roasted malt gives nuances of bitterness and an overwhelming warmth. Served at room temperature it’s a real treat to drink. Tone down the vanilla a bit and this would be prefection in a glass.

This was brought back from USA in a freshly filled crowler and was about a month old so wasn’t as fresh as I can imagine it would have been. However it still tastes good Nice dank hazy IPA, think more of a NEIPA. Very bitter flavours, quite subdued hoppiness but I think these have flattened out in the can over the time it’s been in there. A nice present back from Stateside and I can at least feel part of my mates drinking adventure when he was out there. 🍻

I can smell it a foot away. Nelson and Citra dry hopped with lactose. Exceptional beer. As an englander i would liken this to a DIPA/NEIPA hybrid. The guy that brewed it was confused, even when I mentioned Vermont! It’s a hazy DIPA and that’s full of Orange peel and stone fruit in abundance. Lush tropical overtones and a milky creaminess. I’m in beer heaven right now

Tart, sour and very refreshing. Cuts through the stouts perfectly. Lots of fresh fruit
