Mu buena, amarga con flores

Sour danoise à la pression, ça se voit très bien, c'est fruité, c'est bon. par contre je n'ai pas ressenti le vieillissement en fût.. Du coup plutôt cher pour ce que c'est je trouve

Bit of a strange one this. It’s not bad, it’s not great, but it’s not a lot else either to be honest! Chocolate dominates without being overly sweet. No hint of the high ABV. A vinous sourness can’t be ignored. It doesn’t ruin the beer but I don’t think it does it any favours. I’m struggling to think where it’s come from, is the beer too young as it has a BBE date in 2040, is it from the oak barrels or could be from the addition of husks in the grain bill? The beer sounds amazing, I just don’t think it lives up to its description.
