Moving to a DIPA. This is hard core west coast-ish with a new school kind of take. This has an orange zest, mango and peach taste. Has medium+ resinous pine. Light, at best, weedy dankness. Has a medium+ hoppy bitterness. Has a light+ toasted caramel malt. Overall this was a really nice WC DIPA. I was a little disappointed on the “chronic” side as I expected more of a weedy taste. It’s still very good tho for a WC style. Was a 4.5 but deducted .1 for my disappointment. Packaged 8/28/25.

Nice head, low carbonation and beautiful hazy color. The smell is quite powerful with great citrus and hop notes. We also have nice hints of passion fruit. That’s a great smell! 1 The attack is round and gentle. It’s smooth, onctuous and a bit malty. .9 We have beautiful citrus notes that then develop (orange, lemon, and a bit of clementine). We also have nice passion fruit notes with pineapple, and pomegranate. It’s a very perfumed and complex taste. .9 The end continues with the same flavors, but adds a little sweetness and a gentle bitterness. .9 Overall, that’s a great IPA! It keeps its promises and offers a nice panel of aromas. It is quite complex given the alcohol percentage of 6.5 and it is thirst quenching and refreshing. An above average IPA! .9

Nice head, medium bubbles and carbonation. Beautiful deep dark ruby color. Creamy chocolate and roasted cereal notes on the smell. .8 Creamy chocolate attack. Stonefruit notes too. .9 Then some roasted notes gently develop with coffee flavors that add up to the chocolate and stonefruit. .9 The aftertaste has mainly dry stonefruit notes. We have plum, and prune notes. That’s great! 1 Overall, a very complex beer given its percentage. It’s also nicely balanced. Flavorwise, this gentle porter has nothing to envy to strong high degree stouts! Great beer. 1

This was in a variety pack I bought. I was curious what I rated and looks like I never did. This is a tropical fruit punch bonanza. It really has everything. I pick up guava, kiwi, mango, pineapple, passionfruit just to name a few. There is even a little coconut in there. Has a light+ hoppy bitterness. My criticisms are it has a tad of an artificial taste to it. Finishes a little chalky too. On the border of 3.6/3.7. Went with the lower tho. I will say this might be better in the summer months. Still was pretty good tho. Packaged 9/7/25.

Pretty decent, definitely taste the higher apv, some vanilla and a little bit of orange peel aftertaste.
