Very light but great taste can't quite place it .. maybe cinder toffee??

Tropical DIPA

4.1% Imperial IPA / Double IPA. Grasmere Brewery.

Definitely not a DIPA. An IPA with tropical fruit flavours. Reasonable.

Black IPA

5.5% Black IPA / Cascadian Dark Ale. Grasmere Brewery.

A bit disappointing…I’d call this more of a subtle fruity porter than a Black IPA. There’s a bit of fruit flavour coming through with a smidge of coffee, but left wanting more hops, bitterness and roasty malts.
