Seafood restaurant in Durrës. I love the prices here!  🦐🦀🦑🐙😋🍻 Only 🇩🇪 beers @ this restaurant. Okay, whatever. Never tasted this Kristallweizen before, so it's my choice, of course. The appearance is transparent gold. The lively carbonation unlocks a creamy head that exceeds four fingers and melts down bubble by bubble. Yet, a long retention. Lemon zest and pith, a small amount of banana and wheat malt can be found in the scent. The taste profile is relatively straightforward: wheat malt, lemon pith, orange peel, faint banana and a pinch of yeast. Like a milder version of a Hefeweizen. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, clean, balanced and marginally pithy. Refreshing, rather smooth and remotely drying.
