500ml brown glass; pours a crystal clear medium to dark amber with golden highlights, gentle carbonation; on the nose rich and hints of oak and vanilla, cinnamon spice zippy citrus; in the mouth very refreshing, tonnes of fresh apple with cooked apple skins, indulgently rich with underlying sweet vanilla oak, ripe strawberry in the finish; overall a very well executed medium dry cider - definitely recommended!
