500ml brown glass; pours a crystal clear medium gold; gentle carbonation; on the nose clean and oodles of fresh apples, ghosts of farmyard funk; in the mouth refreshingly sparkly; well balanced, medium body, apple skins and fruity fleshy apples, spicy bittersweet, acidic finish, very clean; overall, a lovely dry cider with a zippy finish - easy going, full of apples - highly recommended!
