Flight 6/6. Misty, deep yellow beer. No head at all. Looks flat. An interesting fragrance: cucumber, lemon, carambola, wheat malt and salt. Yet, this is Berliner Weisse, not Gose. Anyway, let me proceed. Tastes with lemon pulp and pith, wheat malt, champagne yeast and a remote tweak of whitepepper. No salt. Good. Sour, not bitter. Feels light, tart, a tad puckering, acidic and flat. Balanced in the way it is. A good piece!
I'm positively surprised: I expected a preset flight to be somewhat meh but this set is actually appealing.

Flight 5/6. Semihazy, rusty light brown beer. A creamy hat, one finger. The olfactory sphere is quite limited: resin, orange and a malty wave, all in relatively small proportions. The taste profile is somewhat wanting, too: malty, crackery, resinous, fermented citruses. Leaves a medium-full, juicy, a bit crisp, slightly dry and drying feeling in the mouth.

Flight 4/6. Rather foggy, deep amber beer. A generous velvety crown, exceeds two fingers. Orange pulp is the first ingredient to reach my nose. Probably pink grapefruit and a malty wink can also be identified. The tastebuds receive orange zest and peel, pink grapefruit and a suggestion of malt. The impression is light minus, zesty and juicy. Unfortunately also lackluster.

Flight 3/6. Hazy amber beer. A clean white silky foam, half a finger. The scent offers wheat malt, orange and a twist of fermented banana. Banana intensifies on the tongue. Orange peel, biscuit, wheat malt and a whisper of papaya seal the gustatory deal. The mouthfeel is light, soft, smooth and slightly cloudy. Traditional.

Flight 2/6. Cloudy auburn beer. A small-bubbled latte-hued froth, one finger. Faint aniseed and a drop of cough syrup in the fragrance. Sips with sweet bread, a bit of syrup and distant licorice. The sensation is light, savory, a bit drying and smooth.

Flight 1/6. Relatively clear, gold beer. A thick, whipped-creamy head, two fingers tall. Grass, pine, meadow flowers, grapefruit peel, pale malt and a hint of wheat bread in the air. The taste offers dry grass, pine needle, pale malt, bread and a faint herbal twist of whitepepper. Light body. Feels light, a tad crisp, moderately dry and equally modestly drying. Clean and balanced. Obviously a good thirst quencher.
