Easy to drink nice hazy. No amazing qualities but no fault either. Perfectly good beer that ticks all The NEIPA boxes.

Hops 'N Moren joulukalenterin luukku #7 Sopiva happamuus, mehukasta appelsiinia ja aprikoosia, kaneli tuo mukavan pienen säväyksen. Vähän ehkä ohkaisen oloinen. Hyvää, hedelmäistä ja helppoa souria Romaniasta.

This bitter piney flavour makes me wish I had Pirkka Parhaat IPAs instead of this. I should probably rate Pirkka higher than I do considering I miss it so much.

Melko tyypillinen black ipa, varsin juotava mutta ei mitenkään mieleenpainuva. Väri lasissa on lähes musta, mutta valoa vasten näkyy juuri ja juuri läpi. Vaahtoaa kaadettaessa melko runsaasti, vaahto on melko suurikuplaista ja katoaa aika pian. Tuoksu on kuivahko, runsaasti paahdettua mallasta ja hiukan katkeroa. Pieni makea vivahde löytyy taustalta. Maku on samaa osastoa. Kokonaisuus on melko kevyt, jopa hiukan vetinen. Katkerot hallitsee aika vahvasti, olisin kaivannut hiukan enemmän mallasta mukaan. Jälkimaku on kuiva ja katkera, hiukan yksiulotteinen.

When I ordered beer from an online store, I thought a delivery to a parcel machine would be extremely convenient. But Latvia has a funny law! Opening the parcel machine box constitutes an alcohol purchase. Therefore the box only opens 10-20, when shops are allowed to sell alcohol. The delivery arrived 18.30 and I missed the 20.00 deadline. So I started Googling, what is the temperature at which beer freezes. Looks like it is about -2 C, and that night the temperature went down to -3. It was not enough to explode the bottles, but the internet tells me freezing damages the beer's flavour. Oh well, you live and learn! Anyway, this is still very nice! Grainy and crisp. There's quite a strong grassy or vegetal flavour. I find this very satisfying.
