Pretty decent Marston's brew for Aldi, slightly sweet citrus with a balanced bitterness

Enjoyable citrusy beer with a slight bitter finish

Only tempted by this because of the similarities between my favourite ale that is Old speckled hen .. and have to agree it is just that only slight difference is the slightly weaker caramel taste about it otherwise it’s a great beer to be had well done marstons

Good level of hops and bitterness.

Decent English pale ale. Smooth and balanced hop profile. Good value

A bit hoppy, quite average but can’t complain at the price.

Very smooth. Happy with a citrus finish

Pretty decent Hobgoblin copy. Not quite as rich as the original but still worth a go.
