Rich and indulgent. Creamy chocolate and smokey coffee. With some malty sweetness as a pleasant aftertaste. Maybe a little too much carbonation though. Very good and by far the best I've tasted from Penlon.

Not much going on here at all. Gassy. No head or lacing. Slight hint of cloves in both aroma and taste. Poor.

Quite a pleasant session ale from Wales. Pours cloudy and golden. Head and lacing soon disappears. Lasting floral herb aroma. Subtle fruitiness from the hops. Drinking with prawns and chorizo.
