Beer #2 is a tad cloudy, deep gold. A messy froth wafts on the top. The fragrance is awkward: greasy sausage is the dominant olfactory element. Maybe mixed with distant solvent. Suggests strongly that this is not okay... Do I dare taste? Oh my. The greasy grilled sausage is obvious albeit not as copious as it is in the air. Lemon zest, faint butter and a suggestion of wheat malt can be added to the list. No solvent though. The mouthfeel is thin, almost watery, rancid, really strange. My conclusion is that there's something wrong with this beer, the off-flavors are too obvious. If this is not spoiled, my rating is 0.5. However, I leave it unrated because I'm confident that this is not the beer it's supposed to be. P.S. Was the name of this beer a good idea?

Okay, the next brewpub is Craft & Draft. Seems to be six beers of their own on tap. Beer #1 is dressed in relatively transparent amber. A tiny-bubbled head falls short of one finger. The scent is surprisingly weak: a hint of grapefruit only. The taste compensates the inadequacy: grapefruit zest and pith, lemon, orange peel, pine needle, a hint of resin and a biscuity idea. The sensation is light, refreshing, zesty, crisp, a bit dry and drying. Decent, style-obedient. A solid performer for the ABV.
