The Brewery's unique position on Cornwall's Atlantic coast is a major influence. Our main brand Doom Bar is named after an infamous sandbank at the mouth of the Camel Estuary.

A volte è difficile stabilire il confine delle Ale inglesi: questa è sicuramente una Amber Ale, ma allo stesso tempo è decisamente vicina ad una bitter, fruttata e dal corpo rotondo. L'acqua della Cornovaglia fa il suo gioco regalando a questa birra la giusta sapidità ed un sapore subito riconoscibile che invoglia più di una bevuta.

Lisäsin uudestaan jälkikäteen kun näkyi mulla kolmeen kertaan. Perustason pale ale, hyvin "shepherdneamemainen", mikä ok ihan ok. Maltainen, melko miedosti humaloitu.
