Visiting Mitchell, South Dakota and having a beer in the Depot Pub that is a renovated train depot from 1908. This place is historic and beautiful. Forth beer in a flight of four. Light yellow color, clear, plenty of effervescence. Very mild and soft flavor, has a corn sweetness to it. Finish is soft, sweet and gently diminishes. No bitterness from start to finish. Very drinkable.

In Mitchell South Dakota enjoying a meal and beers at the Back 40 Taproom and Grill. Bartender talked me into trying this jalapeno brew. Nervous but I said why not. Even the aroma smells like jalapenos. Starts with a deep yellow clear color. Definitely soft texture. Jalapenos forward but in a mild pleasant way. Slow dry finish. Actually drinkable and much better than I was expecting. Probably because of its not being an overpowering flavor.
