Chocolate and bourbon in the aroma. Very faint hint of mint hiding in the background. Chocolate and mint in the taste. A little bit of bourbon on the back end gives it a welcome kick. I enjoy this. Unlike many beers that have mint in them, it's often overdone or kills the experience. This is very well balanced, giving you the mint, but not to the point that it masks the chocolate and/or other flavors. Not really getting the coffee that's supposed to be there, which is a bummer, because I feel that would have added another element to this beer that would make it phenomenal. Idk, maybe it's there, but it doesn't stand out. This is a pretty good beer and I'm torn between a 3.75 and a 4 star rating. Since this is well done for a beer with mint, 4/5. Update: as this beer continues to warm, now I'm getting the coffee. I'm gonna upgrade this to 4.25/5
