Acidic lambic with the hint of strawberries. Nice long lasting sour finish.

Beer 2/3 shows a cloudy, deep amber gown. The emerging lace ring looks soapy and very suppressed. Soon it's history only. The fragrance is really unpredictable: fermented strawberry mash, rosehip jam and mushy mango. Really interesting! A wheaty slam in the shadows but very little wild yeast in the air. The taste identity is superflat. Like a cask version. Strawberry is highly fermented but restrained. Rosehip jam refuses to leave me alone. Soft wheaty backbone. Interestingly, the wild-yeasty side is much more powerful on the tongue than to the nose. Nothing that I could reasonably anticipate.  🧡🧡🧡 The body is light-medium to medium. The aftertaste is light-vinous, sour fruity and slightly jam-like. But just marginally. Long-lasting end here, as well. The mouthfeel is medium, flat, somewhat tart and surely puckering. Vinous, too, but not as distinctly as #1. Funky, Belgiany, dry and drying. Furthermore, the mouthfeel is ripe, even overripe, as well as fragrant.

Pitkästä aikaa Hanssensin lambicia. Runsaan hedelmäinen; greippinen, mansikkainen ja sitruunainen sekä hyvin hapan. Mansikka tuo kiva lisävivahteen, muuten perus kuivakka lambic.

Turned my face inside out! Very dry, tart and quite high acidity. Other than that, enjoyable! Nice strawberry hint throughout.

0,375 pullo. Kuiva ja hapan hienostunut lambic. Mansikan aromit tulee viiveellä esiin jälkimaussa. Oikein sopiva jaettavaksi kaverin kanssa.
