Contemporary style IPA with an Irish twist, combining the balance of European IPAs with the generous dry hopping of APAs, this beer is everything an IPA should be and more. Zesty and refreshingly bitter the finish is long. With a copper tone body and topped with a lightly carbonated head, the dry hopping brings an intense aroma and lasting array of fruit and floral notes.

Dublinissa viimeistä iltapalaa Murray’s -pubissa O’Connell Streetillä. Irlannin saarella on tullut viikon aikana nautittua kaikki perinneannokset eli fish&chips, bangers&mash, shepherd’s pie ja aamiaisella mustamakkaravertailutestinä jopa black pudding. Murray’s:ssa ruokalista on normipubia mannereurooppalaisempi ja kana-annoksen kylkeen tilataan tämä pale ale. O’Haran juomaa on selkeästi arvioitu paljonkin Suomessa tölkkituotteena ja arviot eivät ole olleet ylistäviä. Voi olla, että tuoreempana hanasta saa parempaa, sillä tämä oli omaan makuhermoon miellyttävä sopivasti greippinen juomanautinto.

Les IPA j'trouve qu'elles ont toutes le même goût à force haha. Ben celle-là sort un peu du lot ! Un mix entre une IPA et un peu une triple, sûrement l'Irlande haha ! Bah ça s'boit bien 😁
