Reissun iltapalan painikkeena, tää on useamman vuoden jo ollu kaapissa jemmassa. Ja näköjää viime vuoden lopulla menny jo päiväys 9/2024,mut eiköhä tän tyylinen säily. Tuoksu on todella makean vaahterasiirappinen,myös tummaa melassista mallasta ja paahteisuuttakin. Muikea 😊 Maku on alkuun suoranainen vaahterasiippihyökkäys,mutta onneksi vastapainoksi löytyy tumma maltaisuus ja paahteisuus. Vanilja tuo hieman sellaista mausteisuutta. Jälkimaussa viipyilevä siirappi yhä hallitseva mutta on muutenkin aika kivan monipuolinen ja runsas. Pikkuisen kuivaava,jopa puinen ,vaikkei tässä tynnyröintiä ollutkaan. Lervig on aina laatua, ainakin näitten tummien kanssa pystyy luottamaan 😋👌

Imperial Stout, avec un nez très porté sur le sirop d'érable, en bouche c'est magnifique, très gourmand avec des notes de pain grillé, de sirop d'érable puis de vanille..... Un vrai délice ! 12°

Pas mal ce stout gourmand avec son côté sucré grâce au mélange subtil du sirop d'érable et de la vanille !

Sweet but not saccharine and the toasted maple keeps it balanced. A slow sipper but ultimately v rewarding

Ça n'a pas l'aspect de ce que l'on attend, ça n'a pas la texture de ce que l'on voit... en clair, on s'attend à un truc bien mazout, au final c'est plutôt fluide limite coca, et en bouche bas ya du corps ! Les notes fumées du sirop d'érable en fin de bouche se mêlent à la gourmandise de la rondeur bien présente dès la première gorgée. L'équilibre est bien réussi entre torréfaction et sucrosité. Un vrai plaisir

The pour was jet black was expected and had a little brown foam but it dissipated very quickly. Aroma is peculiar, the advertised maple is present in spades but is duking it out with lots of brown sugar, some fried fruit, some vanilla and a little liquorice. Mouthfeel is very light carbonation but this is quickly forgotten when the imperial weight and warmth comes barging in. Taste is a roller-coaster. Everything that was listed in the aroma comes through in the taste, Maple, brown sugar, liquorice, vanilla, but with the addition of dark chocolate and black tea. Another wild ride from Lervig. Not sure I could recommend it on the taste profile unless you were looking for something strange, but if you need an imperial with a punch, this will deliver.
