Bell’s Oberon is a wheat ale fermented with Bell’s signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer.

Mildly fruity withba touch of spice. Taste is better from a bottle compared to from a can.

Side by side review with Oberon (spring/summer) and Oberon Eclipse (fall/winter).
O: Citrusy and wheaty aroma. Taste has oranges and wheat, just as expected. Tastes like springtime.
The body is medium+ with a medium-ish amount of carbonation.
This one's a classic and always goes down easy on the warm and hot days. Solid 4.5/5
OE: Slightly less citrusy and wheaty aroma. Taste has wheat and seems to lean more towards grapefruit with some oranges. Also tastes like there may be some coriander in this as well. Upon looking at the label, it is coriander.
The body is medium+, just slightly more full than regular Oberon, with a medium-ish amount of carbonation. Definitely different, but I can see this one sneaking in my fridge this fall and winter. Different experience, but satisfying still. High 4/5

Der Durst nach einem Bier im Flugzeug wurde jäh eingebremst, als es zunächst hieß: only Miller light!
Dann aber doch noch hinter geschoben: we also have Oberon…
Nie gehört, also probiert.
Niedrige Erwartungen, dann aber doch sehr lecker. Fruchtig, bitter, fast ein India Pale Ale. Alles in allem eine positive Überraschung! Leider war es das letzte und nun wirklich nur noch das Antibier an Bord…
