6.5% Witbier
A full-bodied, Amsterdam wheat beer that is dangerously ‘moreish’. Slightly cloudy, it has a beautiful golden colour and a soft, foamy head. When we brew IJwit, we use wheat malt as well as barley malt, which is also how the beer gets its name.

Comme une Blanche des Pays-Bas. C'est bien savoureux dans le sens qui a du goût. Coriandre, citron et plus généralement épices et agrumes. C'est aussi très sucré, trop pour moi. Mouais, sans plus.

I am a huge fan of Brouwerij'tij. Their brewery in Amsterdam is a must visit. Can of Ijwit purchased in a Albert Heijn supermarket last year and brought back to the UK. One to savour
