Falling Apple | Apple Crush Medium Sweet Irish Cider Sauere Äpfel…. ….sind das Merkmal dieses goldgelben irischen Ciders. Geruchlich und geschmacklich. Die Balance von Säure, Süße, Herbe und einer ganz dezenten bitteren Note zum Abgang hin wird perfekt gehalten. Das geht schon fast in Richtung Ebbelwoi. Mir schmeckt er ausgezeichnet.
