
Brewed using Malted Wheat, Maris Otter and a dash of Crystal Rye Malts. Baobab Wheat Beer is finished using a Hefeweizen top-fermenting ale yeast which lends extra banana and bubblegum flavours.

Cloudy and smells quite wheaty but actually tastes much lighter. A very nice ale.
