Typischer, dünner Schaum, tabakrauchiger Geruch. Kräftiger Antrunk, mehr Rauch als Schokolade, starker Mokka, schon bitter, regelrechter Eindruck von Tabak (interessant, ist mir noch nie so begegnet), vollmundig, rezent, milde Perlage, keinerlei Süße. Der kräftig-aromatische Eindruck setzt sich im Haupttrunk fort. IBU 45 lässt ein bitteres Bier vermuten, die Bittere ist aber gut eingebunden und harmonisch. Auch der Nachtrunk ist voll, langer Nachhall. Ich habe es vielleicht etwas zu kalt verkostet (7 Grad), bei 10-12 Grad ist es vermutlich noch intensiver. Eine ungewöhnliche Entdeckung.
