Sayzon
5.9% Saison / Farmhouse Ale
Unfiltered and naturally hazy, Sayzon pours gold effervescent with a stable rocky foam. Aroma is spicy, citrus and peppery, the palate dry and refreshing with crisp bitterness, hints of ginger and a short finish. Sayzon features a variety of grain alongside refreshing hips, citrus peel, ginger and spices. Sayzon is a farmhouse style of beer brewed in the spring to slake the thirst of harvest workers toiling under the hot summer sun.

Really strong Belgium ale flavours. Its overpowering to the point of spoiling the ale.
