Medium high, very thick tan head. Coffee aroma is very pronounced. Very dark opaque brown color. Its not as creamy as I was expecting for a milk stout. Very dry, strong bittersweet coffee flavor. Can't detect any alcohol. Finish is strong coffee, dry and over quickly. Really like this beer.

Love the coffee in this one. I wish they'd go back to the java stout, but I'll enjoy this as long as they decide to release it. 4.5/5

Amazing coffee stout that is light enough to be sessionable but still has great flavor. The lactose adds a bit of body and sweetness without taking away from the coffee. 4.5/5
