A sparkling wheat beer, traditionally fermented in the bottle, of mild fine yeasty taste and with a fruity scent (banana). Golden cloudy with an original gravity of 12% and 5.2%vol. alcohol. Goes well with salad, cooked fish, poultry, seafood and sweet desserts.
