Nice beer to have while waiting burgers

Cerveza con aroma. Mucho cuerpo, espuma potente. Doble IPA muy currada.

Muddy, very dark brown beer with reasonable, short-lived carbonation unleashes a thin, light fawn head that dissolves gradually to a creamy small-bubbled lacing decorating the surface for a substantially long time. The nose experiences somewhat piney, bitter grapefruit and lemon peel, strengthened by a pinch of spruce needles. The taste receptors get shocked because of very bitter grapefruit, massive lemon peel and rather hefty spruce needles, followed by a good dollop of resin. DDH lingers also recognizeably on the tongue. The medium-bodied beer offers strong DDH and spruce needles, loads of grapefruit and grated lemon peel, further sharpened by a tad resin. The aftertaste keeps the tastebuds alert for long. The mouthfeel is strongly crisp, somewhat tangy, dry-hopped as well as coniferous. It's also challenging and rather mouth-drying.
