This Belgian style ale is like our Belgian Tripel but we threw in a little summer twist —"a raspberry twist!" We ferment this beer with a classic Belgian yeast strain which results in a crisp, champagne-like ale. We add 240 pounds of fresh raspberry puree at the end of the fermentation to give it a tart and dry finish.
