Saison de Vélo is a Farmhouse Ale with a deep amber hue. This unconventional take on a Saison is darker than most, but remains peppery on the nose. It's a dynamic beer exploding with tart cherries that round out nicely with notes of wild strawberries and finishes with a splash of pink peppercorn. It is not meant to be your typical Saison, but rather an interpretation of the changing season that we know as Spring.
