Taas varsin mielenkiintoinen tuotos tässä genressä. Maussa happamuutta etikkaa sekä hento viiniä muistuttava koukku. Hetken kun tuopissa kypsyy niin maku pehmenee ja pyöristyy. Häiriintyneellä tavalla hyvää. Väritys: samea kullankeltainen sävy, jonka pinnalle ei muodostunut vaahtoa. 2021-2022
