
Here at Odell, we like to let everyone in the company be a part of the beers that we create. A tap room associate wanted to take the flavors of Mexican chocolate and muddle them with the sweetness of rum. The final creation…a Caribbean rum barrel aged chocolate chili stout. Serrano chili's were added during primary fermentation, and two separate thai chili additions in the barrels. The result is a chocolaty chili nose with a nice warm kick in the finish.
