Wild2 Dubbel ale, our mahogany-hued autumn ale spiced with schisandra, opens with the floral, earthy notes of fall itself. Schisandra berries, known as "five-flavor fruit," possess all five flavors: salty, sweet, sour, spicy and bitter.
