A perfect sour ale for those hot summer days! Pours a hazy pale yellow, tropical aromas; pineapple, banana, and coconut. Light and tart mouth-feel, crisp and sour on the forward and mid-palate, with delicate tones of butter, oak and chardonnay on the finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Munich, and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 12 months on American oak Chardonnay barrels with a little help from Brettanomyces bruxellensis and clasussennii.
