Pours a hazy pale yellow, tropical aromas; pineapple, banana, and coconut. Light and tart mouth-feel, crisp and sour on the forward and mid-palate, with delicate tones of oak on the finish. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner, Munich, and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 9 months on French Oak barrels with a little help from our proprietary wild yeast blend.
