Abbey Ale Mahogany in color, a slight head, caramel and biscuit aromas with light Belgian esters, medium malty mouthfeel with a delicate nectarous and slight spice finish. Brewed with Castle Pilsner and Munich malt, Imported Biscuit, Caramel and Black malt, German Northern Brewer, UK Goldings and Styrian Goldings hops, and with our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain.
