Go ahead, hold it up to the light. Super cool color, right? That is all from the hibiscus flowers. We brew a sessionable Belgian blonde ale and then abuse it with an insane amount of hibiscus. It gives the beer that red color and a wonderful tart cranberry / pomegranate fruitiness. Wow, who would have thought flowers in beer would be so awesome.
